Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of the dbc33 platform, accessible at dbc33.vip, including all games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features made available by dbc33 ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These T&C constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and dbc33.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on dbc33, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform. dbc33 reserves the right to update these T&C at any time; continued use of the Platform after a change has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Each account must represent one individual and may be used only by that individual.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from dbc33 or any associated platform.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To use the full features of the dbc33 platform, you must register a personal account. Each user may hold only one account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these T&C.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. dbc33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login details.
• dbc33 may, at its sole discretion, require additional KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including but not limited to national ID, proof of address, or payment method verification.
• You must notify dbc33 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation or if you become aware of any suspicious activity associated with your account.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

dbc33 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. dbc33 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion and will notify users of material changes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering and unauthorised transfers.
• dbc33 processes withdrawal requests within standard operational hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Users should allow reasonable time for their financial institution to complete the transfer.
• dbc33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside dbc33's control.
• dbc33 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these T&C, or if additional verification is required.

Bonuses and Promotions

dbc33 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general conditions below. Players are encouraged to read bonus-specific T&C carefully before opting in to any promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited subject to wagering requirements. Until wagering requirements are met in full, bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash balances.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use. dbc33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering inconsistent with normal recreational play is detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement fulfilment process.
• dbc33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing player entitlements that have already been activated are not retrospectively removed.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

dbc33 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward conduct that undermines the integrity of the Platform, other users, or the fair operation of games and betting markets. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of game outcomes or betting markets, whether alone or in concert with other parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage, circumvent platform security measures, or simulate human play.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, or using dbc33 in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Opening multiple accounts to exploit welcome bonuses, referral rewards, or any other promotional offer intended for new or single-registration users.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward dbc33 staff or other platform users via any communication channel including support chat, email, or social media.

Responsible Gaming

dbc33 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable players. The Platform is strictly for adult entertainment only, restricted to players aged 21 and above. dbc33 provides the following tools to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings to help manage their gaming expenditure.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts that notify them after a specified duration of continuous play, helping to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who wishes to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting dbc33 support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and without judgement.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content available on the dbc33 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and data compilations, is the property of dbc33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of dbc33.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbc33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage. dbc33's total cumulative liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbc33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party network issues, or circumstances beyond dbc33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. dbc33 will use reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

dbc33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time. When material changes are made, dbc33 will publish the updated T&C on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

Section 11

Governing Law and Disputes

These T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dbc33's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and dbc33, you agree to first attempt resolution through dbc33's customer support team by contacting [email protected]. dbc33 will endeavour to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through support, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of dbc33's operating territory.
